Returning your purchase

We understand that sometimes it’s not going to work out, so we’ve made our returns process as easy as possible for you. If at any stage we can help in any way at all, feel free to contact our shop on +353 (0)91 875610 from 10am until 6pm Monday to Saturday.

  • Online customers are entitled to a 14 day grace period from date of invoice in which to return any unopened or unworn items for a full refund, exchange or credit (excluding P&P costs, unless the item is faulty).
  • We cannot process a refund if the item is returned after the 14 day grace period.
  • In all cases, all returned items must be unworn and unwashed.

Receiving a refund

  • Once the item has been received and processed by us, we will then issue a refund using the original payment method only.
